Welcome to VendNexa. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VendNexa website, including the Amazon Calculator 3.6v, Shopify Calculation 5.2v, and all related pages and tools (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

VendNexa provides free, browser-based profit and fee estimation calculators for e-commerce sellers. All outputs are estimates based on the inputs you provide and publicly available fee structures that may change without notice. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, tax, legal, or business advice.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Amazon, Shopify, payment processors, and carriers update fees, tiers, and policies regularly. VendNexa does not guarantee that calculations match your actual settlements, invoices, or Seller Central reports. You are solely responsible for verifying all figures before making sourcing, pricing, inventory, or advertising decisions.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users’ data, or third-party platforms.
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service in a way that imposes unreasonable load or bypasses intended use.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service or its underlying logic without written permission.
• Misrepresent VendNexa as an official Amazon, Shopify, or payment-provider product.

4. Intellectual Property

The VendNexa name, branding, site design, calculator interfaces, and original content are owned by VendNexa or its licensors. You may use the calculators for personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce substantial portions of the site for commercial redistribution without prior consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ECOMHUB AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

This Privacy Policy explains how VendNexa (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit vendnexa tools on the web or contact us. We respect your privacy and aim to collect only what is needed to operate and improve the Service.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. If you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, subject, and message content so we can respond to your inquiry.

Calculator inputs. Profit calculator fields (prices, costs, dimensions, fees, etc.) are processed locally in your browser to produce results. We do not require an account and do not intentionally store your calculator inputs on our servers unless we add optional save features in the future and disclose that clearly.

Automatic technical data. Like most websites, we or our hosting and analytics providers may collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and approximate region. This helps us maintain security, diagnose errors, and understand aggregate usage.
